Frequently Asked Questions
What services do you offer?
Our services include comprehensive occupational therapy through individual and group therapy, tailored to meet the needs of clients of all ages.
How can occupational therapy help me (or my child/loved one)?
Occupational therapy helps people of all ages build or regain the skills needed for daily life—such as self-care, motor coordination, and social participation. It supports greater independence and improved quality of life through personalized, goal-focused care.
What can I expect during my first session?
In the first session, we’ll do an evaluation to better understand your or your child’s needs. This helps us create a personalized plan, which we’ll begin using in the next session to support growth and progress in key areas.
How long are therapy sessions?
Therapy sessions are typically scheduled for one hour; however, adjustments can be made as needed to accommodate your schedule.
How often will I need to attend therapy?
Therapy sessions are typically scheduled on a weekly basis; however, each client receives an individualized service plan, and scheduling preferences can be discussed to best accommodate your needs.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept insurance and are actively working to become in-network with additional providers. We also offer private pay options for your convenience.
What diagnosis do you help with?
We work with individuals with a wide range of diagnoses, including but not limited to sensory processing challenges, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis.
